England Beat India by 9 runs in 1st ODI at Rajkot

England won a thrilling  match against India in 1st ODI by 9 runs at Rajkot. Alastair Cook won the toss and elected to bat first and put a big target 326/4, brilliant batting by Alastair Cook and Ian Bell and some for the Lusty hitting by Samit Patel in the end.




Alastair Cook made 75 while Ian Bell smashes 85 runs Pietersen and Morgan both played well and after Samit Patel produce some lusty hitting in the end and England manage to get 325/4 in 50 overs.

After chasing big total India openers give good start and then Yuvraj Sing and Suresh Raina produce some good runs both make half fifty but no one remain to finish the inning and India manage to get 316/9 in 50 overs.

James Tredwell record bowling against India 4/44. His bowling is fantastic against India and gets man of the match for his brilliant bowling and helps England to won first ODI at Rajkot.
